KING KONG - Highly inspired frm Kollywood!!

Read this ( interesting!! ) movie review from a blog....

hey ppl,
saw this movie King Kong on DVD coupla days bak.... cudnt help but wonder how much these movies are inspired by our own kollywood creations!! there are a lot of parallels tat can be drawn!!

* intha padathula vara korangu, dinosour scenes ellam Ramanarayanan already small budget-la yaanai, dog, paambu, junior korangu ithu ellam vechu pannittaaru.... aana Peter Jackson-kku creativity pothaathu.. namma Ramanarayanan oru padathula yaanai shave panra maathiri ellam scene vechaare... antha maathiri vecha manushangalukku realistic-aa theriyum!!

* there are some scenes with the native people of the island.... appo background-la some music varuthu.... all these musical stuff are supposed to be inspired frm Harris Jayaraj numbers like "omaahazzeeya aahiyaahaa" and "osomahe...soing...chachaa chakku cha cha" (enna-nnu puriyala nna go bak n hear the startin of 'uyirin uyire' frm Kaakha Kaakha n 'oru maalai' frm Ghajini)

* padathula there are sentimental scenes between King Kong and the heroine... intha sentimental scenes hav been inspired frm here
(jus tat the relationship is changed, aana antha sentimental emotions and expressions frm the lead role hav been recreated perfectly)

* appram, in the scenes where King Kong behaves very possessive with the heroine, antha scene-la King Kong-oda expressions hav been inspired frm SJ Suryah in Ah Aah.... but u can never recreate the magic of SJ Suryah!! so it still falls short!!

* also, there is a stunt sequence, King Kong fights with 3 dinosours.... antha scene-la heroine thookki pottu pudichu fight continue pannum.... antha scene also already done in tamil cinema!! watch it here

Naomi Watts - korangu-kku dance ellam aadi kaamichu athu kooda english ellam vera pesaraa.... vittaa aappam suttu kuduthu ootti viduvaa pola irukku... appram korangu kai mela ennamo double cot-la thoongaraa maathiri paduthu thoongaraa.... aana intha vishayathula tamil cinema is a bit better.... naanum pala varushamaa paarthutten... tamil cinema heroines-kku rowdy pasanga mela thaan love varuthu.... kettavangalaa irukkaravangala thedi pudichu love pannuvaangalaam... yen enna maathiri (he he) ethana nalla pasanga irukkom (??)....ivangala ellam love pannaa koodaathaa?? okay, i am goin off topic... intha vishayathula tamil padam paravaa illa.... inga heroine vittaa korangu kooda duet paaduvaa pola irukku!! yabbaa!!

padam full-aa antha director role-la Jack Black vanthu ellaaroda uriyaiyum vaangaraan... naan kooda kadaisila hero heroine uyiroda irukkaanga sari, ivan ethukku uyiroda irukkaan-nu yosichen... paartha kadaisila vanthu 'karuthu' sollittu poraaru..... "Beauty killed the Beast" appdinnu..... ithu naanga antha kaalathulaye paattu paadittom "aavathum pennaale, manushan azhivathum pennaale!!" appdinnu... enna inga manushan-a vida extend panni korangu varaikkum kondu poirukkaanga!!

mothathula mega-budget la Ramanarayanan padam paartha maathiri oru effect!!
